How do I arrange an appointment?
Either you or your referring doctor can phone our reception staff for an appointment. A current doctor's referral is required for all appointments and to access Medicare rebates for services provided.
What do I bring to my appointment?
Please bring all available scans or x-rays, blood test results and doctor's letters to your consultation. Consultations are generally 1 hour for new patients and 30 minutes for subsequent visits.
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure adequate time for your consultation. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your initial consultation to complete patient details.
What costs will be involved with
my care?
This is a private practice which does not bulk
bill; a gap fee is payable for most doctor consultations. Payment is required at the time of consultation, with EFTPOS, credit card and cheques accepted. Online submission to Medicare and private health funds where applicable is available. Please discuss with the reception staff if you have any further queries regarding costs
associated with your care.
If you require inpatient or day patient services such as chemotherapy, No-gap arrangements are in place with most
private health funds.
