  • How do I arrange an appointment?

Either you or your referring doctor can phone our reception staff for an appointment. A current doctor's referral is required for all appointments and to access Medicare rebates for services provided.

  • What do I bring to my appointment?

Please bring all available scans or x-rays, blood test results, and doctors' letters to your consultation. Consultations are generally 1 hour for new patients and 30 minutes for subsequent visits.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure adequate time for your consultation. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your initial consultation to complete patient details.

  • What costs will be involved with my care?

This is a private practice that does not bulk bill; a gap fee is payable for most doctor consultations. Payment is required at the time of consultation, with EFTPOS, credit cards, and cheques accepted. Online submission to Medicare and private health funds, where applicable, is available. Please discuss with the reception staff if you have any further queries regarding costs associated with your care.

If you require inpatient or day patient services such as chemotherapy, no-gap arrangements are in place with most private health funds.

  • Any further questions?

Please contact our practice via phone, email, or by using the contact form on this page for more information or to make an appointment.

  • What types of treatments are administered on site?

We provide specialist medical oncology and haematology services for patients with cancer and haematological conditions. We also provide a full range of clinical haematology services for patients with benign and malignant haematological conditions. These treatments include chemotherapy, transfusions, inpatient care, and multidisciplinary care.
